An Pewter encased Yixing teapot dated 1828 (戊子) by Yang Pengnian.
Raised Seal Marked with four character mark on the bottom of the inside of the teapot.
These teapots that are made pre 1830 are order made items of higher quality than those made after 1830.
Those made after 1830 usually have square shaped jade spouts and handles as it cost a lot of money to round shape jade by hand back in those days.
Rarely found in this Good Condition.
Condition: Excellent.The Yixing Clay Liner Inside is Intact/No damage.
Packaging - Fragile items will be thoroughly bubble wrapped and double boxed when needed.
