a stunning antique Eastlake hand carved Oak Fireplace Mantel. The mantel is Eastlake style and was made around the 1890's. Refinished, stands at 48 inches tall and 56.75 inches across. Top is 11 inches in depth
. The hole is 33x39.5 inches. See pics I drew a little
schematic
so you can get better idea of measurements. Also comes with Bracket with measurement instructions so you can easily screw to the wall and the fireplace will meet the floor and metal brackets will fit snuggly. (just be sure to hit the studs)
We
acquired
the piece over 30 years ago from
Architectural
Antiques on Washington Ave, Downtown Mpls. It was rescued out of an old
Victorian
house set for demolition. The Mantle was already stripped so we refinished it, we figured out how to create a bracket and it has been with us for two moves. We still love it but It is time to move again and we are hoping to find a family that
appreciates
old craved oak as much as we do.
Comes from a pet free and smoke free home. Item is all ready for pick up... I am willing to work with you if you do not happen to own a pickup.
