    I found the most amazing history on this hotel. I've attatched a link in case you were interested in its history. I thought this part was interesting, since it means this key was designed the earliest as part of the 1st floor:
    Although designed as a fourteen-story building, economic difficulties of World War I necessitated constructing the hotel in two phases. The owners originally built eight stories and added six floors in 1921.
