Here's how it works:
Purchase this listing.
Carefully pack and ship your HomePod with the shipping label we'll provide.
We'll notify you of it's arrival with a link to watch live on stream, then take it apart and perform repairs the same day.
Once the repair is complete we'll let you know with updates, and y
our HomePod will be shipped back out the next day!
If for some reason we are unable to bring your HomePod back to life, we'll return it to you, reassembled or not, at your preference. You won't pay for anything but shipping if I can't fix it!
Disassembly and repair does NOT affect the original sound or look of your HomePod! We do not cut the mesh or use excessive heat to take them apart for repairs.
Warranty: All parts and labor come with a six month warranty. If our work fails, please contact us and we'll provide shipping to return for repair on us.
*Do not purchase this if your HomePod has the flashing volume buttons issue, unfortunately we have not yet found a repair for this yet nor have the parts on hand to replace faulty logic boards!
