Payment:
You will only be paying the one time cost of for the service OR whatever price the customer and I agree on for the repair, and however much it will cost for you to ship your Ipad to me. You will not get any additional charges or fees after that. I will pay for the return shipment of your Ipad to your home. The will cover the parts I purchase to fix your Ipad, the labor, and the return shipment.
The cost of this service is so high because of the screen only. IF YOU WANT A PART REPLACED OTHER THEN THE SCREEN, PLEASE SEND ME AN OFFER AND TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT REPLACED IN THE OFFER DESCRIPTION. I WILL TAKE LOWER OFFERS FOR REPLACING ANY PARTS OTHER THEN THE SCREEN! I WILL TAKE AS LOW AS OFFERS FOR REPLACEMENT SERVICES ON AND PART OTHER THEN THE SCREEN!!!
Shipping:
As soon as you buy the service, I will send you an email over eBay with the address you need to send your Ipad to. Please package up your Ipad so that It is safe and wont be damaged during shipment. Upon receiving your Ipad in the mail, I will send you another message notifying you that it has arrived safely and is now in my care. Please allow up to a week for me to order replacement items and to install them into your Ipad. Once I have your Ipad fixed and working again, I will send it back the following business day with First Class shipping. Your Ipad should then be back t you in working condition in 1-5 days after I ship it back out.
Warrantee:
Every repair comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If the I fixed breaks again within 30 days due to a fault of mine during Installation, send it back and I will replace the broken part, again, for free. Or you can send the item back for a reevaluation and I will refund the you spent. After the reevaluation, I will send you back the Ipad and a note stating that you want you money back and I will send you the in cash and Ipad back.
PLEASE NOTE: If you send me a device that has already been tampered with, already opened up, has had it modified or changed in any way from its original form then you are at risk of not getting yours full refund should the repair not work. You will get the refund if the damage is proven to be mine, however should the picture evidence show that I caused no new damage then you are not able to get the refund. I also will not reward the refund if I have already installed the new part and did not cause new damage. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN YOUR DEVICE IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, IT VOIDS MY WARRANTEE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!!!
PLEASE disable the password on your Ipad. If you do not wish to disable the password, then PLEASE send me a note with the Ipad that has your password written on it. I only need the password so I can access the homepage to check to see if I fixed your Ipad correctly. If you not send me the password I will not fix your Ipad and I will send the Ipad back.
PLEASE also attach a note telling me exactly what is wrong with the Ipad and what you would like to have fixed.
I am NOT responsible for any damage your Ipad receives while in shipment to or from my house.
If you send your Ipad back because you are not satisfied or the part I fixed broke again, your Ipad will be subject to a reevaluation.
I am not responsible for owner negligence and the warrantee will be no longer apply if the part you are asking to be refunded shows signs of intentional damage inflicted by the owner, or, owner negligence resulting in the breaking of any part including the one I fixed.
I will take pictures of my progress in the form of before and after photos. This is for warrantee reasons, to ensure damage done by me is recoded accurately. It is also to prove whether the owner inflicted damage after I sent it back or if the damage was done by me in the event of a warrantee request.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO A WEEK FOR YOUR IPOD TO BE FIXED! I am ordering replacement parts separately for each Ipad as it comes in, so you need to allow time for me to get the replacement part in the mail and install it. If the repair will take longer then a week I will notify you.
