We are using a laser back glass removal separator machine to remove the back glass from the housing unit , then will be replacing it with a brand new  back glass. Located in Illinois.

How our service works.
1. Purchase the service for an Iphone listed that is needing a back glass replacement. Same color will be used unless you request a different one
at time of purchase .
2. Please make sure your phone is packaged securely in a box  to avoid damages during shipping ( please make sure you tape your box securely do not rely on packaging glue) .
3.    If you
have an address different from ebay account that you would like your phone to be  returned to,
please add a note time of purchase.
4. Send it to the address we will be providing after your purchase.
5. Please send tracking number when your order is shipped, if is not shipped in one week the order will be canceled .
6. As soon as your phone is received we will start the repair . it will usually be finished the same day.
7. After we finish your repair your phone will be repackaged and sent back. ( except Sundays and holidays)
At time of purchase please include model, back glass color, address that your phone will be returned to if different form your ebay account .
We are a back glass repair service: meaning we do not touch the internals, we only work on the backglass. We are not responsiable for any functionality issues with the phone
Before mailing in your phone , make sure the phone is not bent. we will not work on devices with this condition. This is a back glass repair service only, returns are NOT accepted . we do not offer any warranty whatsoever for back glass replacement.
If we
receive
your phone , and there is a dent on the
corners
of the frame,  or bulge on the housing you will be notified and a labor fee will be added to replace the glass. Due to it is very labor intensive to correct the frame for the perfect fit for your back glass.
