This is a mail in service for a battery replacement for the following models:

Step 1: Prior to purchasing the service, please message us stating which iPhone model you'll be sending. We will then message you the address to ship the device to.
Step 2: Package your device and ONLY the device, no accessories, cases or box. Please package it securely so it doesn't get damaged during shipping. You MUST have a working LCD and touch in order for us to test the battery after replacement. We recommend backing up your device prior to shipping it, as we are not responsible for any data loss. It is unlikely that any data will be lost, but it is an extra precaution. Also, please write down your eBay User ID and name of the iPhone you are shipping.
Step 3: Once we receive the device, we will notify you and begin the repair. If we run into any problems with the repair, we will let you know.
Step 4: We will return the device back to you via Priority Mail at the eBay address shown, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We offer a 30-day warranty, for only defective batteries. Any drops, water damage, or non-defective batteries are not covered.
