Apple Newton MessagePad Box and Packaging (no hardware included)

Description

This is the box and original packaging materials from the original Apple Newton MessagePad, released by Apple in 1993.  This precursor to today's iPad was years ahead of its time in terms of handwriting recognition, AI-driving integration with multiple data types, and other technologies we take for granted today.
The box and packaging materials are all printed in the bright royal blue, red and gold that Apple used to brand the Newton family of communication devices over their life, along with the iconic Lightbulb design.
To be abundantly clear, there is no computer hardware included with this auction.  This is just for the collectible box and packaging materials that came with the original MessagePad.
