Nicola, Toufick.  Atlas of Surgical Approaches to Bones and Joints. The Macmillan Company.  New York. 1945. First edition. Hardcover with original dust jacket.  217 pages with 227 illustrations. Dust jacket is POOR condition with heavy wear, numerous tears including loose front flyleaf.  The book itself is VG condition with some edge and corner wear, upper right corner of the cover is bumped.  Pages are tight and clean, starting to brown a bit and this just came from a garage and still has some musty smell if you put your nose between the pages.
I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
