This service is for any External HardDrive Repair with a broken/bent connector, or corrupted memory. We will either repair your existing drive or transfer the data to a new drive at no additional cost.
In the event your device can not be repaired, your funds will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping and a diagnostics fee.

How it works:

2) Email us with your device Brand, Model, Serial #, Color and what you're needing done.

Device will be repaired and mailed out (Free Return Shipping) approximately 5 - 10 business days after we receive it. It will be returned Priority Mail.
