Return Policies
If you wish to return an item, Dixie Divers does not provide return shipping and reserves the right to charge a restocking fee under the following conditions:
Up to 20% of item's price:
-After item has shipped including: Buyer changes mind, buyer remorse, price difference, or buyer refuses delivery (unless due to damage that occurred during shipment), and when a order is sent back because it did not fit and that is the largest size offered by the manufacturer the buyer will be charged restocking fee (I didn't think I had to add this one, but yes, I do). Also, you can send it back within 30 days from the day you placed your order.
Up to 50% of item's price:
-Buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller
-Books with obvious signs of use will not receive refund.
-CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap)will not be refunded.
Cost of shipping:
- Order is returned as undelivered.
Also, when we exchange the merchandise because you ordered the wrong size and want another size, you are responsible for the shipping back to us to you again. In another words we only ship for free the first time you order.
For Dive Computer issues:
If the item is used and you are experiencing problems, you must contact the manufacturer.
If the item is new, you can return to us. If you ordered the wrong computer, or change your mind upon receiving the item, you ship it back to us and you'll be charged 20% restocking fee.
Wrong address on Ebay and Paypal:
The buyer is 100% responsible to keep his address up to date on ebay and Paypal, we'll not be responsible for items delivered to the old or wrong address. It will always be sent to the address on Ebay. There will be no refund and no resent to another address. If you are reading this make sure the address in your account is right. Thanks
