This listing is for repair service on one Compaq LTE Elite series Ni-MH battery only.
This doesn't cover Lithium batteries. No other repairs are covered in this listing.  This is not for a new battery.  You'll have to send your defective battery to us.

· We try to use Panasonic or Tenergy cells. If those aren’t available, we will let you know before we proceed with the repair.
The cost of the service covers the parts, labor, shipping materials, shipping label (label only comes with shipments in the United States) and return shipping.
US only
: After you purchase, we will send you instructions. You'll need to let us know what battery you're sending back.  I will send you a box with packing materials to send the battery back in. Once we receive your battery, the repair will be completed within 1-10 business days and shipped back to you by USPS.  FedEx and UPS options are available.  Message me if you need those.
International
: After your purchase, we will send you instructions. I will send you a box with packing materials to send the battery back in. The cost of shipping the batteries to me will be your responsibility.  No prepaid shipping label is available on international orders.  Once we receive your battery, the repair will be completed within 1-10 business days and shipped back to you by USPS.  If you want to expedite the process, you may send the battery in your own packaging.  The total price of the item will remain the same if you go this route.

If there was previous attempts to repair the battery, please message me before doing the repair. I would like to know what I’m getting into before doing any repair.
If the battery is beyond repair, we will send it back and give you a full refund. If the fuse or thermostat needs replacement, I will message you before doing any repair. The fuse is an additional . The thermostat is an additional .
Some of these batteries are very difficult to break apart and/or brittle.  We do our best to not crack any plastics but it may happen.
