This is a repair service only, no amplifiers for sale. Feel free to check my other listings for audio gear for sale. I actually have a pretty extensive inventory of audio gear, most unlisted, so just lmk if you’d like a list of what I have in stock right now.
The cost is 5 per amplifier.
All replacement components are high quality and genuine from Nichicon, Rubycon, Panasonic, Elna, etc. All replacement components are far superior quality to what was originally installed, resulting in a more sturdy, more reliable amplifier.
If I’m unable to repair the amp (in all likelihood I will be able to fix it) then I don’t charge you anything just to take a look at it and tell you why I won’t be able to fix it.
You will be responsible for shipping of the amp(s) both to me and back to you. The listing says free shipping because I am not shipping anything to you, you’re shipping it to me. Please provide me with the tracking information once you’ve shipped the amp(s.) Thanks!
I recommend getting a quote from pirateship.com, they usually have excellent rates. I also recommend fully insuring your package each time it’s shipped.
Please remove the amplifier from the cabinet and if the gasket that has staples sticking out of it has released with the amp, please peel it from the amp and put it back in place on your enclosure. It keeps the grill sock tacked to the enclosure, and it helps prevent me from getting cut up handling an amp with sharp staples sticking out all the way around it. Thanks.
Please wrap it in bubble wrap or polyethylene foam and ship just the amplifier to me. Make sure it’s protected on all sides by thick cushioning and a sturdy box. I will diagnose your amplifier, and if it can be repaired, I will complete the repair and ship it back to you. If it can’t be repaired, I will inquire whether you want it shipped back or not, and we can proceed from there. Handling time can be from two weeks up to eight weeks, it just depends on how busy I am.
