facing logic board issues such as rebooting, no power, camera not working, earpiece, charging ports, battery etcetera.

(if any). Simply write it on paper and put it into the package. If we can't test your phone before sending it back to you, then we will not be able to offer a warranty on the repair. If you’re okay with no warranty, then we’re okay with no passcode.

Our guarantee covers the primary issue that we repaired but does not cover the entire device

Your warranty will be backed up in a database with the IMEI number of your phone. If your IMEI is not in our database then there will be no guarantee.
