Overview
This listing is to gain access to a quote to have your ATC-300+ repaired. Not only do we repair the source 1/2 failure, but we also modify the back cover (7 vent holes) to add to the reliability of the unit.
Our Process

Purchase our listing
2.)
We will then send a message via eBay messenger with all of our contact information and shipping instructions. Once received you reply back with all your contact info and serial # of unit (include your shipping account info if you want us to ship back on your account). Once we receive your contact info and serial # a repair quote will be emailed to you for approval. You approve the quote. The quote contains the repair contract, our terms and conditions, and warranty information. This is for your protection as well as ours.

Ship your unit to us at your earliest convenience (Buyer pays for shipping to us and return shipping - include your shipping account info if you want us to ship on your account)
4.)
We will receive the unit, make the repairs necessary, and modify back cover for increased ventilation and reliability.
5.)
Once repaired, we will send an invoice to the email address provided by you. In that invoice you will be able to pay for the repairs made. Once that invoice has been paid we will mail your unit back to you.
If during the repair we find other problems with your unit a new quote will be emailed to you for approval. As long as you continue to approve the quotes sent we will continue to repair your unit. If you fail to approve the latest quote the last quote sent will be the binding quote for services rendered/repairs made and no further repairs will be made on your unit.
Repair Lead Times
A normal repair can be completed within 1-2 BUSINESS days depending on parts stock and severity of the source1/2 failure. Lead time begins on the first full day we have your unit. If additional non stock parts are needed, this could increase lead time, especially if parts must be sourced from overseas.
Unrepairable Units
If the unit is unrepairable, you will be charged the no repair fee as outlined in the repair contract.
