System doesn't turn on or
charge when plugged into AC adapter:
- USB-C Charging port
is damaged: pins are bent or broken inside the port
- Charging port looks fine
, but battery icon doesn't appear on the screen when charger is plugged in, nothing happens

System turns on:
- Doesn't detect Joy-Cons:
Left or Right joy-con is not recognized by the system when attached to the console

Doesn't output Video to TV:
works fine in handheld mode, but when docked there is no image displayed on TV
*Systems not accepted for repair:

Bricked systems
due to running CFW, AutoRCM or any sort of custom firmware, now the system either doesn't charge or turn on at all
- Systems bent in the middle and/or only display blue screen when turned on
- Severely water damaged
- If unsure of your system problems and if it can be repaired - always ask first before buying the auction and sending the system in!
Important:
not every system with no power/broken charge port will be repairable. Switch boards have very weak protection circuitry and depending on the damage done to the board - it's not uncommon for the main Nvidia CPU to fail, rendering the system unfixable! Buyer is responsible for paying all the associated shipping and auction fees if system is not repairable!
