Steps for mail in repair:
1 Package your phone securely (do not include cases or chargers, phone only, record your imei number)
2 Ship it to the address provided using the carrier of your choice (we recommend tracking)
3 Once we receive your package we will start repairing your device (usually same day)
4 We will notify you of a completed repair and provide a return tracking number for you.
5 If you would like expedited return shipping please choose USPS priority mail or overnight service at checkout.

After we have repaired your device successfully we will take a short video for our records. It will show the full function of the device including the imei number of the phone. We are not responsible for other issues your phone may have. We can quote you on repairs if you have other problems with your phone but this auction is only to fix the Touch ic Problem. If we cannot repair your device you will be refunded minus for diagnostics and return shipping fees.
