previously locked to a carrier, once we unlock the phone, the phone will be unlocked to any carrier as well.

** you cannot factory reset your phone or update your phone once the phone has been unlocked.
If you happen to factory reset your device and lock it again we will only charge 15$ + shipping to unlock it again.

How does this work? -
1.Pay the for shipping
(the shipping you pay at checkout is how you will pay for us to ship the item back to you, you have to ship to us paying separately at your local USPS) ,
once you pay you will be sent an address to deliver the phone to.
2.Go to your local USPS or any other shipping company you choose and ship the item (make sure to send us the tracking number)
3.Once we receive the item we will begin the process of unlocking it. (usually takes 1 day)
4. We ship it back and you receive an unlocked iPhone.
**If unlocking your phone was unsuccessful you won't be charged for anything other than shipping
**Please make sure your phone can charge normally before shipping it out.
