    Infinity TSS-1100 or TSS-1200 Amp Repair Service - Please note you must send us your non working amp - we then repair and update it and return it back to you. You have to pay for shipping amp module to us and the cost you pay at time of purchase covers for us to return your amp back to you..

    Step 1 - Purchase - Repair - Buy It Now - Then await us to contact you with shipping information. See below on proper packing procedures.
    Step 1 - Remove amp from your enclosure - Only send us your non working amp  -
    Please note : If you or another person has not tinkered with it or attempted repair please do not send to us.
    Step 2 - Pack amp very very well - placing large bubbles multiple times around amp with extra attention on the end with heavy transformer, then place into a sturdy box (Not Amazon Box) - A sturdy Home Depot box we highly recommend, Making sure the amp does not move around in the box.
    Step 3 - Ship amp to us - we will repair and upgrade the unit and then ship it back to you. (We will update the parts that are known to fail and also upgrade capacitors in crucial areas as well as replace Power Resistors and other parts as well.) We don't just put a band-aid on your amp.
    All our repairs come with the industry standard 90 day warranty. We have been repairing amps 28 years and have had very few returns over the years.
