This is a charging port repair service for the iPad Air 1, 5th, and 6th Generation. We are a reputable business in the West Tennessee area that specializes in repair of electronic devices, including micro-solder work. How this service works:
Step 1: Once you have made this purchase you will be contacted by one of our staff who will provide you with shipping information on where the iPad is to be shipped. We request the iPad only. No boxes, chargers, or other accessories are needed. IF YOUR SCREEN IS BROKEN, CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASING THIS SERVICE.
Step 2: Once the iPad has been received, we will contact you to let you know it is in our possession. The repair will take one business day from the time the iPad is received. We will check to ensure the charge port is indeed the issue. IF THE CHARGE PORT IS NOT THE ISSUE WE WILL INFORM YOU AND A FULL REFUND WILL BE INITIATED FOR THE REPAIR SERVICE. If the iPad is received on a weekend, it will not be shipped back out until Tuesday of that following week.
Step 3: Once the repair is finished, we will test the iPad to ensure it takes a full charge. Once finished we will ship back the iPad to the return address on the original packing label on the box that the iPad was received in. The tracking number will then be provided through the messaging service on eBay. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED IT RETURNED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS, INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION IN YOUR PACKAGING.
Step 4: We have a 45 Day warranty on all charging port repairs. If you notice any issues, please contact us prior to any other course of action being taken, and we will do our best to satisfy the needs you have.
