Important Notices:
For iPad with Bad LCD comes in, we usually are unable to test the functions before fixing. We usually do general inspection on the devices first.
We will notify customers if your device has other issues beside the LCD issue that we figure out during the testing process and give you a quote of extra repair service (if it is repairable). If your device is non-repairable, we will return it back to you and issue a refund after deducting the inspection fee + shipping fee.
Data (optional)
Please perform a full data backup of your device. While this service does not affect your data in any way, occasionally issues out of our control can occur. We will not be responsible for any data loss whatsoever.
Bent / Damaged Corners
Usually, it is not a problem to repair iPads with bent corners or bent housing. We will try our best to bend it back to allow the screen to fit in correctly but please do not expect the corners/housing to look "like new" (Damaged metal cannot be fixed). If damage is severe replacing the housing might be necessary.
Testing of Device
We are unable to test the device if it is password protected. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to remove the password before shipping the device or provide the password in the same slip packaged inside with your devices so that we are able to test the basic functions of the device before and after repair. However, it is not a requirement to provide the password, you decide to provide or not to provide your password to us.
Privacy Concerns:
Your privacy is important to us. We have a strict privacy store policy. As part of the process of requesting a repair, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information like name, last name, phone number, address and password. This information is only use for warranty and shipping purposes. Password is only use to function test your device.
Face ID/Touch ID:
If your Face ID is already damaged before repair, we are not responsible for it.
Face ID could be repairable depending on the damage.
If your iPad has shattered glass exposed front camera/sensors, bent frame close to or around the Face ID/Home Button area, is considered high risk for the Face ID and Touch ID (fingerprint). This means it may have possible Face ID/Touch ID failure. We will notify customer before we proceed with the repair.
