If your device has more than a Charging Port problem, we will notify you, and give you the option to repair for additional fee, or refund you the purchase price minus cost of return shipping, and return the device to you.
In the event your device can not be repaired, your funds will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping. If you do not wish to have the device returned, you will receive 100% Refund of the purchase price.
If the device has already had previous repair attempts and cannot be repaired, the device will be returned and purchase price shall be refunded minus shipping cost and a diagnostics fee.
