2. Please back up your device before sending it to us as a security measure.
3. Please w
rite down your passcode, phone number of phone to be repaired and contact
information for while the phone is away from you
and include it in the package along with your phone.  Your passcode is needed in order for us to test out all the function of your phone (cameras, audio, screen brightness, etc. We want your repair to be perfect and you to be happy.  We respect your privacy and do not care what you have on your phone and do not go snooping. We just need to test the functions out and finish the repair.  We don't have the time or desire to invade your privacy and will not do so. Alternatively you could turn the passcode feature off before sending in repair and then turn back on after repair. However, we recommend you just send us the passcode.  If you can't or don't want to send the passcode, no worries. However we will not be able to offer you our normal 30 warranty.
3. Send the phone to the address we will supply you with
after your purchase.
4.
Please make sure
your phone is packaged securely to avoid damages
during shipping. Lots of padding is
recommended.
5. Once phone is shipped please send us your shipping/tracking info.
6. We begin repairing your device the same day it arrives to us. The repair is completed the same day almost always and
we try to send send it back out THE SAME day or at latest the following morning
(Sundays and holidays excluded)
