Before mailing in your device, check the housingand make sure it is not bent to the extent that it is visually visible.
We will not work on devices in that describedcondition.
We will not unbend or repair damaged/crackedframes.
Devices sent to us for back glass replacementthat have severe frame or other damage will be returned.
Refunds (minus eBay/Paypal fees +shipping fees)will be processed for severe/other damaged devices that cannot be repaired.
Also as we do not open up your device to work onthe back glass we are not responsible for functionality issues.
Please check ALL functions before sending thedevice! (cameras, charging port, wireless charging, speakers, vibrate, allradios/wifi/bluetooth/cellular, etc).
Your phone will be tested PRIOR to repair toconfirm functionality. If there is ANYTHING found to be damaged or not workingproperly prior to repair, other than service you choose, we will reach out toyou first to discuss options.
We will need the lock screen passcode tocomplete our check in process OR you'll need wipe the device so we can doso.
If passcode is not provided or device isn'twiped we ARE NOT responsible for other issues with the device.
