This service will fix the bad audio chip on circuit board that caused no sound on the speaker and microphone.
You can verify this issue by verifying the grayed out recording button or "Recording Failed" message on the Voice Memo app, or grayed out on speaker button on the Phone app.
Please Note:
This service only fixes the Audio chip on the circuit board, it does NOT fix or replace any other issues or peripherals on your phone such as cameras, microphone, speakers, volume buttons, home button and etc...
Due to the complexity of the audio circuit, we do not accept phones that had a failed-attempt repair on this issue, or water damaged phones.  If you sent in a phone that had a previous repair, or you did not disclose all issues on the phone to us, we are not responsible for other issues on the phone. So, please check your phone carefully for other issues and disclose to us before shipping it in.

Use USPS First-Class or Priority-Mail Flat Small Box for shipment. Please DO NOT ship with accessories, original box, or anything else!
*The box must include your eBay ID and phone's passcode (if any). Simply write it on paper and put it into the package.
If we cannot test your phone before sending it back to you, then we will not be able to offer a warranty on the repair.  If you’re okay with no warranty, then we’re okay with no passcode.
*It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the package and phone are properly secured to prevent damage. A tracking number is provided by USPS to track the location of your package.

All of our repairs come with a 90-day warranty on related repair issues to ensure that the devices you received are working properly.  If there is an issue after the repair, please contact us first and ship back your device for repair.  Please note, warranty does not cover if the phone was dropped or put in the back pocket and sit down to cause it to bend, as these are the causes of the Audio IC failure.
