Use USPS First-Class or Priority-Mail Flat Rate Small box
Do Not Ship it with accessories.
Include Your eBay User ID and Device Passcode and email address for the invoice.
In order for us to fully test Your Device We need the passcode.
Without the Passcode We cannot provide Warranty on the Repair.
Ensure the package and the phone are properly secure to prevent any damage during shipping.

This service will only Repair 1 issue per cost, if your phone has different issue we can workout a combo deal price. (will not cover cracked displays ).
We are only responsible for other issues on the phone we agreed to fix.
