This repair service is for professionals only. Please make sure you have the knowledge and skill to assemble the device before purchasing the item.
-Please send us the full housing with motherboard only. The motherboard will have a warranty sticker attach to it when returning. Damaging the warranty sticker on the phone after repair will void the warranty.
- DO NOT send us the screen please. The buyer would be responsible on disassembling the screen. If you send over the screen, we would not be responsible on any damage or if we lost the screen.
-The repair consists of risks, it may result in a useless board or a board that won’t power on. If this happens, we won’t give you a new board. So pleas tell your customer to back up all information if necessary before sending the device to us. Also buyer must be ready for any consequences.
-Turn around is approximately 1-3 days. Returning time would really depend on how quick the buyer send us the device. So please make sure you send the device in advance and with tracking number. We would not responsible on losing the device during delivery to us.
