ap (actually, the entire mushroom cap) is 2- 10 cm, the thickness of the cap can reach 0.5 cm.
Shape of a shell, which sometimes grows so bizarre that it resembles the ear.
Underside of the fruit body is wrinkled, and the upper side is velvety.
Flesh of this
mushroom
is translucent, gelatinous, there is practically no smell.
Color of the cap depends on the age and habitat of the fungus.
Young "Juda`s ears" have a more violet hue, over time, the color tends towards brown,
mushrooms become light brown, retaining a violet hue.
Wet mushroom of Judas' ear is luminescent with a tawny brown, with a barely noticeable purple tint.
