Step 1 - Remove your non working RSW10D amp from enclosure (Located On Bottom - Under Screen (Take Photo's As You Disassemble So You Can Revert Back After Repair - We also need the two triangle Input panels - One is Power one is Input. (We Usually Do Not Need Digital Display You Can Ship To Us If You Wish For Us To Test -  Do not ship us entire subwoofer enclosure.
Step 2 - Pack the amp very well - using large bubbles multiple times around the unit - then place into a sturdy box (Recommend Home Depot) Moving Boxes.
Step 3 - We suggest on this model to double box the unit. This will insure it arrives only electronic not working, not physically broken. (Do not use peanuts or air packets) they do not work with electronic items.
Step 4 - Pay for the repair - Once it is paid we are legally able to send you our address. Do not ask for our address before paying for the repair.
Step 5 - Once we get your unit we will repair the unit, we go thru the entire amp - replacing all known parts that are bad as well as upgrading the amp module on this unit, in rare cases the amp catches fire on this unit, and in very rare cases the amp is not repairable - if your amp arrives and it is a crispy critter we will refund your money and provide you an option to pay for its return to you or you can just donate to us for proper burial.
We will provide you 6 month warranty - the paperwork will be located inside the box on amps return to you.
