Favorite trees are poplar, oak, linden, willow, birch, maple, walnut, fruit trees.
By weight latipurus can reach 8-10 kilograms and more.
Especially appreciate delicacies from this mushroom in North America and Germany.
According to its taste and texture, the latipurus pulp is similar to chicken fillet.
Only young mushrooms are used in cooking,
their pulp is moist and soft, has a bright characteristic yellow-orange shade.
Old
mushrooms
have a pronounced acid taste and are not suitable for eating.
