    Description

    Reloading3D
    .223 / 5.56 to 277 Wolverine Case Trimming Jig
Convert your spare cases into 277 Wolverine cases
This custom made trimming jig delivers a consistent length for modifying your .223/5.56 cases and turning them into 277 Wolverine!
These jigs are made from hi-impact ABS plastic so they will not mar or scratch your brass like the metal jigs will.
This is designed to be used with the Harbor Freight 2" Mini Chop Saw and requires no modifications to the saw to install.
This jig trims your brass to a standard 1.530"
With the variance in filaments, we have upgraded this design by making it micro adjustable.  This ensures that you get the cut you need every time!
We have been selling and buying on eBay for 17 years and our feedback speaks to our service.
While operating the saw to trim your brass, keep your finger at a safe distance from the spinning blade when feeding the brass.
HOW TO USE YOUR NEW JIG
1 - Align the vise included with your HF 2" Mini Chop Saw so that it is square to the blade.  Tighten.
2 - Open the vise wide enough for the jig to fit.  Align the Jig so that it rests square on the notch.  Tighten.
3 - Insert a case from the right hand side and set it in the indent.  Keep your finger on the back of the case while using your left hand to operate the saw.
4 - As the saw cuts through the case, the neck will drop free leaving you with a perfectly sized case.
5 - Run your newly cut brass through your sizing die.
6 - You will need to debur and rotary trim the finished cases to the proper length/size for the cartridge you intend to load.
