Microsoft Xbox One S and/or Xbox One X HDMI Retimer IC replacement Xbox One Repair Service.
Console will be worked on the day it arrives!
1st:
Please be sure it is in fact the Retimer Chip that needs replacing and not the HDMI port (I have a separate listing for an HDMI port repair if that’s what’s actually needed). If it is the Retimer Chip that needs replacing, then before sending it in, please be sure that the Xbox boots up properly and stays on. Also be sure that the console has no other issues or has had previous repair attempts done on it which may make the repair impossible.

Please add a note to your console so I can get back in contact with you and send it back ASAP.

You can send the whole console, or, if you feel comfortable with disassembling it, you can ship the motherboard with HDD, I have donor consoles for the Xbox One S only as of now, so I can only test that, I cannot however, test an Xbox One X without the whole console getting sent to me (cables aren’t needed for any model of Xbox One).
4th:
If you send the whole console, I will disassemble it, replace the faulty HDMI Retimer Chip, dust off your whole console for you, and apply a fresh batch of high quality thermal paste to ensure that your console gets much better cooling.

I will work on your console and let you know when I do the same day I get it, depending on the time of day, I will try to ship back your console same day or next day (if it isn’t holiday or the postal service isn’t closed).
