Wrap your device in bubble wrap or similar.
Place wrapped device in a jiffy bag, along with your PayPal receipt and a brief covering letter with your name, address, eBay ID, and that it is coming into us for a Charging Port to be fixed.
Send your device to us at your cost via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your device is delivered to us safely.
Once we receive your device, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job.
