ANTIQUE MANTLE/FIREPLACE SURROUND, PENNSYLVANIA C. 1840
This vintage, antique mantel or fireplace surround has the original false-grained finish, made to look like oak. It came from Pennsylvania and dates to about 1840 or earlier. It measures 49 in. tall by 57 in. across the top. It is 8.5 in. deep
at the top. The opening measures 31 by 32 in.
The condition is good, very sturdy, no replacements. I used it on a brick hearth with an electric stove that looked like a wood burning stove. Please ask if there are questions.
