Once the service is purchased you may ship out the console to our address: EzekielTech, 648 Broadway, Newburugh NY 12550. We highly suggest using UPS Ground or Priority Mail. Make sure the Console is packaged well with bubble wrap/newspaper/ etc; We are not liable for any damages caused due to transit.
We will take pictures of all repairs before and after. Turnaround time is roughly 24-48 Hours. Warranty Period is 90 Days from the date you
receive
the console. After the console is repaired, we test each pin for a solid connection and once its back together, we play a game for about 15 mins. Rest assured we do our due diligence to make sure you
