Description:
For sale is a 12 gauge shot shell decapping tool. Perfect for reclaiming misloaded shells. Will also trim hulls down 4.75mm (.186") at a time.
Warning: Do not stick your finger or anything you do not want cut into the hole. Although there is a lot of clearance.. if a hull cap becomes stuck for any reason use a small tool to push it downwards and out of the ejection port.
Instructions:
lift lever
insert shell
apply LIGHT pressure on lever and twist shell slowly
continue turning and applying more progressive LIGHT pressure until you feel free
resistance
light pressure will ensure you do not cut through your wad. it may take a few practice tries to get perfect but I allowed a deeper cut for variations in hull thicknesses.
empty shot and allow the cap to fall out of bottom ejection hole
