This is a FRONT glass replacement service for your Samsung device. After purchasing this service, please ship us the device. The cheapest way to ship to us is using USPS SMALL FLAT Rate box. After receiving the device, we do a pre repair inspection of the device. If additional issues are found, we will message you about those issues and if you would like to get it repaired or not. Since we are already opening your device, we fix additional issues at part cost price. Once we receive confirmation from you about the repairs we start working on your device.

Upon receipt we do a pre-repair inspection to ensure everything is fully functional. We do not test sim functions or cellular signals. We test your phone for the following:

7. Most sensors
If any additional issues are found we will message you before initiating a repair and give you the option to go with those additional repairs or not. If your OLED is found to have touch issues, black dots, pink/green lines, the phone will be returned with a 20% service fee for return and to reimburse us for any

In order for your device to be eligible for this repair your device should have a fully functional LCD/OLED and touch should be working as well.
There should be no green/pink lines or black spots in the LCD or bad touch spots. Phones with this issue will need a full LCD/OLED replacement.
