This listing is for the repair of a broken micro USB port for the Toshiba Canvio Connect external hard drive.
Why lose many hours of irreplaceable hard work or important documents on a damaged drive!
This drive is used in the model
HDTC710XK3A1 and
HDTC705XK3A1
Canvio external drive.
The replacement connector may fit other Canvio hard drives, but currently we do not have a comprehensive list. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us by email.
Typically all repairs are processed and completed in 2 to 4 business days after receipt in our shop.
The buyer of this service agrees to pay and arrange for the shipping and insurance to our service center. ( Be sure to properly package and insure your HDD.)
Ship to information and instructions will be provided via email message after purchase of the service to our facility in Camarillo, Ca.
This auction does not include any other repairs other than the broken micro USB connector issue. (But does include repair of any trace damage done at the base of the connector which is typical.)
We warranty the repair for 90 days.
If there has been previous attempts to repair the HDD, please contact us first for a free consultation before purchasing the repair.
If the damage is beyond repair, the HDD will be returned to the buyer and the fee will be returned (minus the return shipping charge).
