This auction is for a brief consultation for repair and/or resurface options of your new or vintage
electronic item or equipment, prior to a repair agreement.
(This is not a product only service consult)
Process:
A short consultation via email to evaluate the possible issue.
If the repair is a simple matter, we may advise you on how to fix it, with no further action required.
If the repair is more difficult, we will send you an invoice for the estimate we agreed on and you will ship the item to us for repair.
Upon arrival and further evaluation, we will contact you with the exact price of the repair (If different than the estimate.)  If you wish to proceed, the repair will usually take between 1 day to two weeks, depending on parts availability.
If you don't wish to continue, you have a choice of providing a return shipping label for us, paying for the actual shipping of the item back to you, or if you feel it's not worth the shipping cost, you may leave the product with us for no further cost to you.
Please note the buyer is responsible for shipping any and all items for repair in both directions.  Also, while rare, there are times that the product may not be repairable.  You will then have the option of paying for shipping of the item back to you, or leaving it with us for recycling at no additional charge.
Most importantly, please package the item properly when shipping to us, as we are not liable for any damage the product may receive during shipping.  We recommend Insuring your package.
Once repaired and fully tested, your item will be shipped back to you, properly packaged and insured.
