    This is a wonderful illustration from a vintage children's book, This Way to the Farm, by Leonora de Lima Andrews, published in 1939. Illustration by Victor Becker, features a mare and foal out in the pasture. This is one page from the carefully disassembled book, and includes print on reverse side. Story on previous page of book identifies the mare as 'Star' a Suffolk Punch mare and foal (page in separate listing.) Please see all photos. Page measures approximately 9 1/2" x 11 3/4", and the image/illustration measures 7" x 10".  Great addition to your collection.
