    Description

    Up for sale is a vintage Julius Vom Hofe fly reel. This reel needs a thorough cleaning and the exposed rim has a some chips in it. Also, when reeling, it feels like there is a slight spool rub (it could be some grit caught up on the gear). Finally, the handle knob post has a minor bend. The clicker still works and it sounds strong. The frontside is faintly marked "Abbey & Imbrie". This reel has a diameter of 2 3/8". Despite the setbacks, this is a nice reel to clean up! Please see all of the photos and thank you for looking.
