How to Ship It
Package your Xbox One S well using a shipping box or relevant. If you do not have your original Xbox One S box anymore, do not panic. Using a plain cardboard box with bubble wrap or peanuts is the way to go. The box should be big enough to comfortably fit the console and padding. If you need to obtain said supplies, a USPS Store or similar establishment is an efficient place to do so. They will also be more than happy to pack and ship your item, although you will save lots by packing it yourself.

Step 2: We Diagnose It

ypically, within 24 hours you will receive the repair diagnosis and a complete written repair estimate.
If the HDMI Port is found to be the problem, it will be replaced with a new HDMI Port (Micro Soldering). Additional time for replacement part may vary. If you choose not to move forward with repairs, then a diagnostic fee of .99 will be used to cover return shipping.
