Please, before sending your console in, we need you to verify that it is indeed your hdmi port that needs to be replaced. There is other issues that can cause you to have no image. If your port looks damaged like the one in the pictures, then this service is for you! Also, the type of install I do does not require me to do any altering to the xbox backplate nor will you need to alter any hdmi cables!
